EdYOUFest: Free Access, Shared Responsibility

EdYOUFest is built by educators, for educators.

We believe professional development, dialogue, and international exchange should be accessible to everyone — regardless of background, country, or budget.

That’s why access to EdYOUFest conferences, talks, and educational sessions is free.

What is free

All participants can freely access:

  • EdYOUFest conferences (online and in-person)

  • Talks, panels, and workshops

  • Educational content and professional exchange

  • The EdYOUFest international teacher community

Access to knowledge is never behind a paywall.

What involves a cost

Some activities involve real, unavoidable costs.
When participants choose to join them, their contribution simply covers those expenses — no profit is involved.
These may include:

  • Gala dinners

  • Cultural experiences or guided tours

  • Materials or printed resources

  • Optional certificates

Participation in these activities is always optional.

How EdYOUFest is sustained

Keeping EdYOUFest accessible requires a shared effort. The ecosystem is sustained through:

  • Optional contributions from participants

  • EDYOUCARD memberships

  • Partnerships and sponsorships aligned with our values

Every form of support helps us:

  • Keep events free to access

  • Support educators from underrepresented contexts

  • Maintain independence and quality

A shared commitment

EdYOUFest is not a commercial event. It is a community-driven educational ecosystem.

If you choose to:

  • attend → you are welcome

  • join extra activities → you cover the cost

  • support the project → you help it grow

All choices are respected. Transparency is our rule.

Thank you for being part of EdYOUFest

Education grows when responsibility is shared.
