Title: Grounded in Malta: Movement, Presence and Teacher Wellbeing
Concept: This interactive session will invite teachers to step away from the traditional plenary format and try practical strategies to reset and recharge during the day. Participants will take part in guided movement, brief pauses, and short reflection exercises to notice how small, simple practices can improve attention and support a calm, productive classroom atmosphere. The session is designed for a large audience and ensures every participant can engage without desks or materials.
